Quito Airport Services

At Quito Airport Terminal the following Services and Facilities are at passengers’ disposal:


VIP Lounges

Domestic and International VIP Lounges

If you need to relax before your trip you can enjoy Quito Airport’s VIP Lounges, which include: 
Variety of snacks and drinks, Reading materials, Showers and relaxation room (International VIP Lounge only), Business Center (International VIP Lounge only), Free entry for children up to 4 years of age (one child per adult),Wi-Fi Internet service, Cable TV.
Prices are:
- Domestic VIP Lounge: 19$ including VAT (per person).
- International VIP Lounge: 31$ including VAT (per person).

The lounges are available to all passengers. You can access the lounges by:
- Payment in cash or by credit card (Diners Card members obtain a 15% discount).
- Invitation issued by the airline.

Quito Lounge (Domestic VIP Lounge)

Cost: $25 (plus VAT) per person or ask with your card or membership. 

Mitad del Mundo Lounge (International VIP Lounge)

Cost: $34 (plus VAT) per person or ask with your card or membership.

Fast track

If you wish to avoid queues at Quito Airport, you may use the Fast Track VIP service, which will facilitate your airport process, being accompanied all the time by an airport executive who will assist you before your trip and also in your return.
Once you’ve purchased it, present your Fast Track card at the information counter (Public Hall Level 1 or Public Hall Level 2) and enjoy our service.

Customer Service Counter

There are some information booths in level 1 in the Arrivals Hall, and at level 2 in the Departures Hall - both at pre-security - staffed by multi-lingual attendants. You also can call 24/7 294-4900, ext. 2618 or visit servicio.cliente@quiport.com.

Wyndham Quito Airport

The hotel it is on the third level of the airport and it was inaugurated on 2016. It has more than 140 rooms.
