Quito Airport (IATA: UIO; ICAO: SEQM), named as Mariscal Sucre International Airport, is the international airport serving Quito, the capital city of Ecuador. Concretely, it is located 40 km away from Quito city centre. At Quito Airport you can find various transport options to go to Quito city centre and to other cities within Ecuador country.

The public transport service of the Metropolitan District of Quito has several routes connecting Northern Quito with the Southern part.

Concretely, buses departing from the Río Coca Terminal have routes to the Northern Quito and buses departing from Quitumbe Inter-provincial Terminal are connecting the airport with the Southern Quito.

The bus single ticket can be purchased at the Terminals and costs 2$.

Working hours are:
- From Río Coca Terminal: from 5:30h to 22:00h
- From Quitumbe Terminal: from 5:30h to 19:00h

There are also Airbuses (aeroservicios) offering a direct transportation from Quito to Mariscal Sucre International Airport and the other way around. They work from Monday to Friday from 3:30h to 23:30h. Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00h to 22:30h. Aerobuses work every 30 minutes from monday to Friday and during the weekends every hour. Usually they have a capacity for 46 or 51 passengers. The bus terminal in Quito is located in the international arrivals area. The single ticket costs 8$ per person and you can buy it online or at the Aeroservicios desk located at the Arrivals hall of UIO Airport. Aerobuses are equipped with WiFi, LDC information screens and air conditionated.
